Once your loan closes we may assign, sell, or transfer the servicing of your loan. If your loan is sold or transferred, you will receive notification through the mail indicating where your payments should be made and who to contact for servicing questions. On loans that Change Home Mortgage, c/o Shellpoint, LLC retains, we may use Shellpoint to perform the subservicing activities such as, but not limited to, collecting payments, as well as remitting tax and/or insurance payments for escrowed loans.
